Resort Solutions Unlimited

If Resort Solutions Unlimited does not sell or rent your timeshare within 6 months from the date of your contract, Resort Solutions Unlimited will refund your listing fee in full or re-list your timeshare for an additional 6 months at our expense.

If you wish a refund in full, you only need to notify Resort Solutions Unlimited within 2 weeks before the contract expires. If notification is not received, Resort Solutions Unlimited will immediately re-list your timeshare for sale or Rent for another 6 month period at no charge to you.
